Yes — all our chairs are 100% genuine Herman Miller. We source them from trusted UK-based suppliers and refurbish them to a high standard.

Refurbished chairs are professionally cleaned, fully inspected, and restored to excellent working condition. Worn components such as arm pads, casters, or seat foam are replaced with new or high-quality compatible parts. The result is a chair that looks great and performs reliably.

Chairs are shipped partially disassembled (typically the backrest, base, or wheels are removed) to ensure safe and compact packaging. Assembly is simple and takes less than 5 minutes — no special tools required.

Smart Toilets

Yes — every smart toilet we offer is brand new, arrives in original packaging, and includes a full instruction manual.

Most models feature standard UK P‑Trap (180 mm) floor or wall-hung setups with simple plumbing kits included. While basic features like flushing are straightforward, smart functions (e.g. bidet, heated seat) are best installed by a qualified plumber.

Absolutely. All our smart toilets require a minimum water pressure of 0.14 MPa (approximately 14 kPa) and perform optimally up to 0.75 MPa, with a flow rate of 16 L/min or more. This is essential for proper bidet operation, instant heating, and effective auto-flush systems.

Yes — if your supply is below 0.14 MPa, features like bidet spray, instant heating, and autocleaning may underperform or not activate at all. Many customers report needing around 16 L/min to run everything smoothly

Yes! Some smart toilets come with a built-in booster pump that increases water pressure. This means they can work well even if your home’s water pressure is lower than usual.

If you’re unsure about your water pressure, ask us about models with booster pumps — we’ll help you find the right one for your home.

You can check your water pressure by doing a simple bucket test. Take a bucket that holds a known amount of water, such as 10 litres. Turn on a tap fully and start timing how long it takes to fill the bucket. Once the bucket is full, stop the timer. You can then calculate your flow rate by dividing the bucket size by the number of seconds it took to fill, and multiplying that result by 60 to get litres per minute. If your flow rate is around 16 litres per minute or more, your water pressure should be good enough for smart toilet features. If it’s less than 10 litres per minute, your pressure might be too low. Please note that this test measures flow rate, which is related to pressure but not an exact measurement. For a precise water pressure reading, you’ll need a pressure gauge or a plumber’s help.

For chairs, delivery takes 3–7 working days, and during busy periods it may take 7–10 working days. For parts, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Yes, we deliver to both residential and business premises. If there are any special delivery requirements (e.g. lift access, loading bay), let us know in advance.

Returns & Warranty

You can return most items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Click Here to see Full Return Policy

Yes — you can request an exchange within the 14-day return window as long as the item is in original condition and packaging. Please note that for exchanges, the buyer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping fee for the replacement item. Contact Us with your order number and the item you'd like in exchange, and we’ll assist you with the process.

We take great care in packaging our chairs, but if your item arrives damaged, please Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We’ll assess the issue and offer a suitable solution — this may include a replacement part, a full replacement, or a partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage.
