12-Month Warranty on Refurbished Chairs

We stand behind the quality and durability of every refurbished chair we sell. That’s why all our refurbished chairs come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.

What’s Covered

Our warranty protects you against manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship under normal use. This includes:

  • Structural faults in frames, bases, or support components
  • Malfunctions in recline, tilt, or height adjustment mechanisms
  • Failure of refurbished parts during standard usage
What’s Not Covered

Like all warranties, some exclusions apply. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Wear and tear from regular use (e.g., fabric pilling, fading, light scratches)
  • Any modifications or repairs not authorised or performed by us
Shipping for Warranty Claims

We aim to make the process smooth and fair:

  • Within 14 days of delivery: We cover all shipping costs for valid claims
  • After 14 days: You cover return shipping to us; we’ll cover shipping for any repaired or replacement item
