Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Refurne. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below is everything you need to know about returns, eligibility, and how to request a refund.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- New chairs/Toilets: Returns will not be accepted if the chair/Toilet has been assembled or used.
- Refurbished chairs: Must be returned in the same condition they were received.
International orders are not eligible for return, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at sales@refurne.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and clear return instructions.
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend reusing the original box and internal packaging where possible.
Note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Refunds & Return Costs
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- If returning due to a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If returning due to a defect, fault, or fulfilment error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping (UK only).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect:
- Headrests and seat cushions once used
- Gas lifts or mechanisms that have been installed
- Special order or customised items
- Toilets once installed
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A short description of the problem
We’ll arrange a prompt resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.
