Quality Control Before Shipping
Every refurbished chair and accessory undergoes a detailed inspection and quality check before dispatch. Our team ensures each item meets strict standards for performance and appearance. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
Processing & Dispatch Times
- Refurbished Chairs: Dispatched within 3–5 working days after purchase. During busier times, this may extend to 7–10 working days.
- Chair Parts & Accessories: Usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
UK Shipping
- Free shipping on all UK Mainland orders – no minimum spend.
- Furniture orders are shipped via next-working-day courier services (after dispatch).
- Smaller items like parts may arrive via Royal Mail or tracked courier.
Note: Delivery times can vary due to location, weather, or courier delays.
Please note: an additional charge may apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland and the UK’s offshore islands.
Local Collection Available
Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our London storage location by appointment.

International Shipping
We deliver to most European countries and other international destinations on request.
Please note: International shipping rates do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.
Most international orders are delivered within 5–11 business days, though customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Returns are not accepted for international orders, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
